Made to Order
Every True Encore metal art piece is made to order. We start making your piece after you place your order, rather than keeping finished pieces in stock for immediate dispatch.
How it works
- Choose your piece. Select your design, size, and any available options, such as LED backlighting. Please review your selections before placing your order.
- We make your order. Once your order is placed, your piece is prepared and produced with the options you selected.
- Your order is shipped. After production, your piece is dispatched and tracking is provided so you can follow its journey.
Production time
Production usually takes 4–6 days before dispatch. During busy periods, production may take longer.
Production time and shipping time are separate: your piece needs to be made before it can begin its journey to you.
